It is very simple and easy to create a mobile app with the help of PhoneGap. You just need to download the PhoneGap desktop and mobile app from here.
After installation starts the PhoneGap app and then click on a plus button sign. And then click on a create new PhoneGap project link. Then click on a next button.
The last screen asks about where you want to save your app and the app ID. After that the app will start you can see the message at the bottom server is online and some IP address. Click on that IP address the app will run into your browser.
Below screen shows when your app is started. To check on the mobile your system and your mobile must on the same network. Download the mobile app into your phone and connect it with given IP.
After creating the app you need to build it. Create an account on Adobe and click here. After signin, you will able to build one private app free of cost. Build it and download it using QR code and install into your mobile to check.
